March is: Adventures in Space

The 2024 solar eclipse is on April 8 and our library is gearing up for it. We have space books for kids, space themed books for adults, space decor, and our kids programs are involving outer space. Starting March 18, we will be passing out solar eclipse glasses for free during normal business hours. Each family will be allowed to take four pair if needed. 

A little trivia: it is believed that the first solar eclipse recorded was in 3340 B.C.E on November 30, in Meath, Ireland.

* LEGO Learners and Artistic Adventures are preregistered programs that are both full.
* Wee Widdle Wednesday is for children ages four and under. 
 

• March 4- Crafternoon at 2pm (bring your own craft and fellowship with us 

• March 5- Book Club at 5:30pm (always accepting new members)

• March 5- Art Adventures from 3:30-4:30 (we will not have the last two weeks due to Spring Break, registration is full for this program)

• March 6- Wee Widdle Wednesday at 10am (walk-ins welcomed)
